al tribunale di Roma) che vede coinvolti molti medici che erano sul libro paga di note aziende farmaceutiche, in cambio di prescrizioni di farmaci da queste prodotti ai loro malati, senza nessun reale bisogno.

Il GIP di Firenze ha disposto 21 ordinanze di custodia cautelare nei confronti di diversi medici indagati, e in particolare del prof Torello Lotti, primario dermatologo a Firenze e presidente della Sidemast, della sua segretaria e della dott.ssa Michela Troiano di 30 anni collaboratrice di Lotti e principale pedina di questo losco affare. Gli arresti sono stati eseguiti in varie regioni italiane fra cui la Toscana, il Piemonte, l'Emilia Romagna, il Lazio, la Lombardia e il Veneto.Al momento ci sarebbero in corso 37 perquisizioni ma lo scandalo potrebbe allargarsi. Secondo i pubblici ministeri fiorentini molti di questi delinquenti in "camice bianco" hanno percepito da manager riconducibili a case farmaceutiche come la Abbott, la Novartis e la Morgan Pharma, compensi per un totale di 2 milioni di euro spartiti fra i vari specialisti.
Ecco cosa sarebbe successo nel 2008:
Tramite Lotti, con cui aveva già avuto rapporti per la campagna pubblicitaria, la ditta che produce lampade per la fototerapia, intendeva stipulare una convenzione con l'Università per una serie di consulenze. Secondo quanto ricostruito dall'accusa, nell'ambito di questa rapporto la ditta versa 42.000 euro sul un conto corrente indicato da Lotti e a lui riferibile, soldi che in parte erano destinati all'Ateneo. A giustificazione del ricevimento di tale somma, Lotti emette una fattura con la dicitura «consulenza generale da me prestata». L'Università ne sarebbe stata all'oscuro. Eppure, sostiene l'accusa, avrebbe dovuto autorizzare le consulenze di Lotti.

I due parlano del finanziamento di due posti per specializzandi del Cidebip, il centro interuniversitario diretto da Lotti. «Con quali soldi si sta pagando?», chiede Lotti. «Li ha anticipati il polo professore». Poi parlando dei ritardi nel restituirli, l'assistente aggiunge: «a me mi sembra, cioè se qualcuno ci scopre, professore, siamo sui giornali......passibili di....». Lo stesso Lotti, durante un'altra conversazione sulle delibere del Cidebip, si lascia sfuggire un «qui se viene un controllo, finisce che siamo tutti dentro».
Naturalmente, Torello Lotti e il suo avvocato sono del parere che tutto è regolare e che le sponsorizzazioni sono state in favore legli enti pubblici previsti.
Insomma, sembra che non si riesca ad evitare che si creino aposite strutture mediche private (tra virgolette), dove luminari illustri e altri medici e persone a vario titolo, concentrano attività aldifuori del servizio pubblico, pur regolarmente dipendenti del SSN, e dunque delle Regioni.
In particolare, in Toscana, la mitica Regione Toscana di Leopoldo, dotata di una batteria di redazioni giornalistiche compiacenti e di una serie di televisioni che mai parlano o riferiscono di certi "problemucci" o ne danno una scarsissima importanza, si continua a fare il fuori e dentro nel servizio sanitario pubblico, in un turbinio di attività istituzionali, miste e private (intramoenia ed extramoenia), in cui medici e personale sanitario pubblico, gira un cartello e dal lavoro dipendente passa a quello privato, con estrema disinvoltura o addirittura forma una associazione di ricerca e centri medici, dove esercitano attività private in concorrenza con la stessa struttura pubblica dove lavorano.
(A Carrara e Massa, un buco clamoroso, commissariamento della ASL e dirigenti con doppio incarico, al solito, nella forma del controllante controllore).
Va bene, il Prof. Torello Lotti, spesso in Tv, è stato posto subito ai domiciliari per ipotesi di un'uso disinvolto di denari di aziende farmaceutiche, ma sono sicuro che il vero problema non è questo, se mai emergerà nelle cronache e prima ancora nelle indagini.
Intanto cosa dice il Lotti ai Nas?
E' tutto regolare, nessuno può provare che i denari sono stati sotratti alla loro destinazione legittima e ho fatto solo quello che è previsto e nei modi accettati ampiamente da tutti.

Sono contento che abbiano arrestato questo farabutto. Ne so qualcosa anch'io: circa 15 anni fa mi ha fatto spendere circa 15.000.000 di vecchie lire quanto potevo tranquillamente fare tutto in una struttura pubblica a costo zero!! inutile dire che dopo qualche mese, non trovando nessun giovamento, ho smesso di seguire la sua linea. Anche dietro a qualche amico medico che me lo ha caldamente sconsigliato bollandolo con "è un venale".

I am happy that have halted this scoundrel.
